Built from Russian-imported birch plywood (marine grade), high-end building-material quality. E0 formaldehyde-free adhesive, warm solid-wood feel, with surface options including solid sandblasted, textured sandblasted and sand-tone color split. Tuned two-part aliphatic PU and tuned epoxy matrix, loaded with natural mineral powder, transfer-printed in molds to reproduce special stone colors on a rock-tone base — ochre-red veins, moss textures, carbon-black interlayers. Excellent yellowing resistance; holds its appearance for years outdoors.

Translucent Holds · Backlit Glow
Translucent holds are built in two layers. The lower layer is transparent and light-transmitting: high clarity, with a sanded bottom that diffuses light evenly as a light guide, firm and high-hardness. The upper layer carries colored rock texture with rich customizable colors. Backlit, the whole hold glows evenly, setting a night-gym atmosphere. The upper layer comes in a standard hard variant and an elastic hard-rubber variant — the elastic one allows slight deformation, with hardness shifting slightly with room temperature (cold = harder, hot = softer, ideal 8°C–38°C), protecting hands without reducing friction, especially suited for youth and beginners.

Smart Climbing Wall Lighting
A WLED-based LED control system for climbing walls, driving WS2812/SK6812 addressable strips to light holds, mark routes and run speed training. Two controller tiers range from basic phone-controlled lighting to a 7″ touchscreen commercial unit with natural-language LLM control and a millisecond stopwatch. Pairs with translucent holds for backlit glow; scales to full wall construction.
